Four flow employees receive top honours for 2022

Four (4) Flow employees have been recognised as the company’s Employees of the Year for 2022 and were among those honoured at the recently held Staff Recognition and Long Service Awards Ceremony event. 

Receiving Employee of the Year Awards were Retail Sales Associate, MaryAnn Banton; Quality Assurance Coordinator in the Technology and Innovation (T&I) Department, Ryan Joseph; Business To Business Technician, Oraal Smith; and C&W Business Account Manager, Bernice Magloire-Williams. 

During the event, 14 employees also received Long Service Awards in honour of their tenure with the company and for reaching the respective milestones of 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service. These were: 10+Years – Marlon Solomon, David Matthews, and MaryAnn Banton; 15+ Years – Ryan Joseph; Sasha Hodge; Jenny Vasquez; Alcindor Baa; Ravindra Maywahlall; Sabrina Hodge-France and Kenroy Millington; 20+ Years – Kevin Charles; 25 Years – Debrah Henry and Kinia Martin. 

Flow also recognized its ten Top Performers within the Retail, T&I and Business departments based on key performance indicators and metrics during the year, and 25 employees received Peer to Peer Awards in recognition of their exhibition of Company Principles, support of Special Projects, along with their demonstration of Personal and Professional Excellence. 

The Country Manager’s Award was presented to seven employees in recognition for completion and/or support of significant company initiatives and projects. 

Flow Country Manager, Ravindra Maywahlall congratulated all the award recipients at a special event held on January 21, at Brandywine Bay Restaurant. Maywahlall commented that the event held special significance since it was the first time they had been able to have such an exercise since the traumatic events of Hurricane Irma and the COVID-19 pandemic. He added, “It’s important to recognize and celebrate the work of our team members and to also acknowledge the support of their families. Our company’s success depends on the dedication, hard work and 

commitment of each member of our staff and I am delighted that we can celebrate and honour them in this way.”
