Frett to pay $750 for biting woman over sex
Trevor Frett, the man who was accused of biting his lover because she denied him sex, has been fined $750 in the Magistrate’s Court.
He was fined on Friday after he pleading guilty to the offence.
Magistrate Ayanna Baptiste DaBreo ordered Frett to pay the sum by the end of next month or serve two months at Her Majesty’s Prison.
Before Magistrate DaBreo handed down the sentence, Frett explained to the court: “When the incident took place, it wasn’t a malicious bite; it was a friendly bite.”
Reports were that, on April 24 last year, Frett returned to his Purcell Estate residence and made sexual advances at the complainant.
The complainant smelt alcohol on his breath, the court heard.
She told Frett to behave properly as a child was at the residence at the time.
Further reports are that Frett went to bed, but woke up and started to harass the complainant for sex.
The complainant again rejected him, and he reportedly got upset and bit her.
