Govt’s Customer Service Care Centre Relocated

Deputy Governor, David Archer Jr, said he sees the relocation of the government’s Customer Service Care Centre as a step towards offering the best service to customers.

With the centre now fully relocated to the first floor of the Burhym Building on De Castro Street in Road Town, the government said this allows the centre’s customer service specialists to provide an enhanced level of service delivery to clients from a more central location.

Archer Jr, for his part, said the relocation makes the Centre easily accessible — moving to a place where persons can fully benefit from the walk-in services it offers.

“As we transform the public service, one client, one customer at a time, the Customer Service Care Centre is an answer to great customer service. This is another vital step as we continue to increase the level of service we provide to our valued customers through enhanced capacity and resources,” the Deputy Governor said.

Abbarah Brown, the Centre’s Customer Service Manager, said the agency’s new space allows for the easy reception of feedback from customers, increased visibility and enhanced monitoring of the government’s service delivery tools.

Brown expressed that, in the business of customer service, it is paramount that customers receive the highest level of care. “This new space gives the team a centralised location to prioritise all customer needs across different departments,” she noted.

The Customer Service Care Centre connects individuals to the government’s services including appointment booking, switchboard operation, and email and inquiry responses. Customers are also able to enjoy a hassle-free process when doing business with the government.

All customers can get in contact with the centre at 468-3701 and via email at [email protected]. Customers are also encouraged to book their appointments with government departments at bvips.org and rate their customer service experiences at rateus.gov.vg.
