UPDATE: Missing man found!
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has indicated that 51-year-old Carrot Bay resident, Melvin Donovan who was reported missing has been found.
“We are in the progress of returning him to his family. The RVIPF would like to thank the public for their continued assistance,” teh police stated in an update moments ago.
In reporting him missing today, police said Donovan has a history of mental illness and his family is very concerned about his well-being.
Stolen vehicle alert
Meanwhile, the RVIPF has also notified the public about a stolen silver Suzuki Grand Vitara, license plate number PF-46, which was taken from the parking lot opposite Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital in January.
Authorities advise that anyone who spots the vehicle should not approach it but instead immediately contact the RVIPF at 311 or the Intelligence Unit at 368-9339.
“If seen, do not approach the vehicle. Contact the RVIPF immediately!” the police warned.
Anonymous reports can also be made through Crime Stoppers at 800-8477 (TIPS) or overseas at 284-800-8477 (TIPS).

Then there are those who disrupt the area with loud base music and plug their ears with a ear plug. In the mean while the rest of us going deaf and our heart beats off balance! Mentally sick people!
