Jade Hodge – District 2

I AM JADE HODGE, aka Twin B – a 15 year-old 9th grade student at Cedar International, and your proud District Two representative in the Gen-Y Factor: District Battle Edition.

I am the only person in my family that was born with another person – my twin sister, Jae.

I am a charter member and the current Community Service Director of the Interact Club of Cedar International.

My greatest inspiration, as cliché as it sounds, is my mom.

Her ability to strive through life’s most difficult and strenuous times with such strength and grace is truly admirable.

My future aspiration involves Political Science and being a voice to the voiceless.

My hobbies include sports such as squash, handball, and track.

My favourite quote is ‘Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass…it’s about learning to dance in the rain’.

The 2017 Gen-Y Factor singing competition will be held 7pm at the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall in Road Town on Saturday, June 17.
