  4. Shooting Also Heard 4:10am says:

A shooting was heard at 4:10am 28 July, 2024 in the Town area that you could hear from up on the Ridge Road.

It sounded like a machine gun with about 30 shots then it paused and immediately after 5 shots.

The BVI community needs to stamp down hard on people in its own community who break the law. Until the self-control that was part of the historic community is restored, then the BVI will only continue to float further down the slip=road to anarchy and ruin.

Just in time for festival mehson

Y’all better be aware of your surroundings when you attend those events bcuz those events attract certain types of people too

Bless the hears of those who will be on their bed and safe at home wild the ones dance into the night looking over them shoulder lmfao.

Last year we had two criminal gangs fist fighting each other on the festival grounds. Some threaten to get them gun and come back. Can you imagine that?

The events are find but I think them should end it a lil earlier cuz the longer things go into the night the more likely things happen.

The mentality of the people of the past compared to those of today is as different as east is to west. Sadly violence has been programed into the DNA of the youth of today with horrific manifestations. Books can be written about the reasons and ramifications but I believe that only a change of culture will begin to solve this problem.

    • Now Noww says:

Changing the culture would require a change in the demograhic which is now one of violence criminality and poverty.
Hey that was a given so why did these VI self impose the misery?
We should examine and reflect doubly seriously.
What is happening was a given .

  10. LookSee says:

The people of today with whom we consciously and deliberately made a choice to overwhelmingly share our country was always possessed with a programmed DNA of violence .
Old people could tell you about their demonic and unparalleled evilness with murder as an incidental.
Has always been that way during slavery and onward.
