Local attorney found dead at Tortola home

Information reaching BVI News indicates that a well-known attorney-at-law was found dead sometime today at his Duff’s Bottom, Tortola home.

Details surrounding the incident are sketchy at this time, however, reports suggest that gunshots were heard at the time of the incident.

Police, in a brief release, said investigations are ongoing into a suspicious death at the location.

Officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) are currently at the scene of the crime and indicated that investigations are at a very early stage.

      A young black male? The article says he was an attorney. Nothing about his race. If he was well known, he would have been in practice for a while. Since it taks about 7 years to qulify for the bar, that would mean he’s more likely to be in his late 20s or early 30s
