CAPOON’S BAY
I think that a warning sign should be put at airport and hotel entry to warn these tourist whom for some have never swam in salt water but lakes, the bouyancy is different, so they drown.
Actually salt water provides more buoyancy than water… go back to school!
Salt water is denser than fresh water. Archimedes discovered around 2,500 years ago that we float better in denser water. That said, the article does not say he drowned. He could have been bashed in the head by his board falling off a wave, or could have had a stroke, heart attack, burst aneurysm, diabetic shock etc etc..
Salt water you float, so not sure that’s the problem.
In salt water you don’t float . You just
sink more slowly.
I think you’ll find you’re more buoyant in salt water than fresh, so your comment makes no sense
Boi that WIG needs to be cleaned , it has warped your twisted brain from all that racial lyrics you keep hollering out your evil mind
for the BVI as this surfing death story has been picked up by the media and spread all over the globe.
The BVI government policy of do anything at your own risk is not helping promote the BVI tourism product.
I do like when certain type of humans disrespect nature. Nature gives it right back to you.
