Middle-aged man charged for having sex with minor
Information reaching BVI News is that a middle-aged man has been arrested and charged for having sexual intercourse with a minor.
Highly-placed sources told our news centre that the accused man is 50 years old.
BVI News understands the man was charged with one count of ‘sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13’.
Details of the incident are not yet known to our news centre but BVI News understands that the incident in question happened some time this month.
Our news centre further understands that the accused is still in police custody.
It is not clear whether he’s been brought before the courts as yet.

If more BVIslanders spent more time trying to figure out how to fix some of our social problems and less time blaming them on others, or as we like to say, those people we would be on a much better place. These type of predators have been preying on young people for decades and for most people it has become a normal thing. Some young girls don’t grow up with adults who can warn them of such Predators. The sad thing is,many are regular people in society…crossing guard, coach,doctor,politician, pastor etc. BUT, ALL THEIR NASTY WAYS WILL ONE DAY END.

No adult should be having sexual relations with children.
These pedophiles do tremendous harm to young children and their futures. They destroy their innocence and trust setting them on a path to phycological dysfunction later in their lives.

There is no excuse for this kind of behavior even if a child showed sexual interest. The onus is always on the adult to always do right by children and not corrupt them in anyway or take advantage of them sexually.
