Guide and protect her Father God
This is just to much her family should be held accountable for this. No person at that age should be left unattended at any giving point. Don’t we all hear the say once’s and man twice a child. I however pray for her safe return family need to be more alert to situations like these, yes Tortola is a small place but look at what’s taking place now we spend to much time on the wrong things in life then except the police to pick up or slack or responsible it’s not fair to them why to much unsolved crimes that they need to be working on not going looking for a missing person of such age it’s become a habit and needs to stop we all as a community pull together and be each other’s keep. Their generation did it for us they paved the way and we all need to return the favor show your elders that what they teach us growing up didn’t go to waste and in all aspect of life bring but those day and you will see less crime less missing persons report.
Trini just be reasonable here. Suppose it was you. We are not in the family’s shoes and we don’t know what happened here. If it was you, can you sit and watch your parent eye for eye 24/7. I am sure they are trying. Many homes are not in their usual settings with security locks, and all the customary comforts. So many have make-shifts in their homes and I’m sure this family too had to make adjustments. People are under a lot of pressure and trying to adjust maybe the person watching her just went into the restroom for a few minutes and the lady took off. We need to give people some slack when we’re not in their shoe and stop judging without knowing the facts.
Great news!
Thank God she was found!!!
Usually at that age various forms of Dementia, including Alzheimer sets in. Often such persons fail to recognize familiar surroundings (and family members) and wish to “walk off” seeking a place FAMILIAR which exists only fantastically within their imagination.
Hence the need for Guardianship!
Should we be fortunate/unfortunate to live that long we–perhaps–might be so apprised/surprised.
Hopefully.
Weh she was? Give us the details. Finish the story.
