PRESS RELEASE: The National Health Insurance (NHI) of the Virgin Islands and BVI Social Security Board (SSB) are now accepting contributions.

Payments can be made in person at the offices in Road Town, Tortola and via wire transfer. Persons wishing to remit payments via wire transfer are asked to go to the NHI website www.vinhi.vg and the SSB website www.bvissb.vg to download the wire transfer details.

Since the passing of Hurricanes Irma and Maria, NHI and SSB have special operating hours. Both agencies are open daily, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 3pm.

The National Health Insurance (NHI) of the Virgin Islands is designed to provide every resident of the Virgin Islands with affordable access to the health services they need.
