An investigation has been launched into the circumstances under which a vehicle toppled in the vicinity of a car wash in the Duff’s Bottom area of Tortola.
Two persons have been taken to Peebles Hospital, sources told BVI News Online.
The accident unfolded about 10am today, January 13.
