PHOTOS: What’s up at the Downs?
The Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cows Bay is usually abuzz with activity as large crowds gather to socialize and to see horses compete in August Tuesday races.
The Downs, however, was empty this Tuesday.
The races scheduled for that day were scrapped because the territory had been drenched by heavy rainfall on the previous day.
