Police probe Cocodella home invasion that turned into shooting
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) confirmed reports of a home invasion and shooting shortly after 3 pm on Monday, December 2.
According to the RVIPF, officers responded to a report of a home invasion in the Cocodella area, where shots were fired, injuring one of the armed suspects, who then managed to evade capture.
While three of the four suspects fled on foot, police detained one individual, who is currently being questioned at the Road Town Police Station (RTPS).
The RVIPF conducted a thorough search of the area but has not yet located the remaining suspects. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are appealing to the public for any information regarding the incident or the individuals involved.
