Police recover ‘bone’ in Long Trench
Police said there is nothing suspicious so far regarding a bone that was found at a home today at a residence in Long Trench, Tortola.
Initial reports were that a landowner spotted the ‘bone’ and thought that it may have been part of a human skeleton.
When contacted, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force told BVI News Online: “Police responded to landowner’s inquiry of a bone found on property. Nothing appears suspicious so far.”
It is understood that the bone was retrieved.
