Sir Gary visiting sister islands for 1-on-1 meetings with residents today
Commissioner of Inquiry, Sir Gary Hickinbottom will be visiting the territory’s sister islands today, Monday, February 1 to conduct a series of meetings with residents.
Secretary of the Commission Steven Chandler said the “meetings can be one-to-one and held in private”.
The meetings are for any resident who would like to speak with Sir Gary.
“He will be happy to explain how the independent Commission of Inquiry will work, its purpose, and how people can get involved if they so wish,” Chandler explained in a statement last Friday.
“If you would like to speak with him during his visit or hear more about the Inquiry and its role, then please come along to the venues … in the appropriate time window,” he added.

The Commission’s first stop will be on Anegada from 8.30 am to 9.45 am at the Anegada District Office.
They will then make their way to the Albert Chinnery Building on Jost Van Dyke and will be there from 11 am to 12:15 pm.
The final stop among the sister islands will be Virgin Gorda for meetings from 2 pm to 3:15 pm. Those meetings will be held at the Hazel Point Building.
