Update Construction Continues on Six Senses Freedom Bay Resort in St Lucia 2018

Freedom Bay was founded in 2011 by Henrique Liette, a talented real estate expert, Henrique has directed the MHDC and has focused the company on development procedures ,which strategically merge managed investor returns. The Spa area will be developed as a tree house village which overlooks the Go Piton and Petit Piton. The resort has been designed and developed to be the most sustainable property that has ever been built on the island. The Six Senses managed resort has been designed on over 2400 lineal feet of beach real estate and it includes 75 one and two bedroom pool villas. The resort will be structured in the form of a village compound which houses the main facilities. According to an article in Holiday Star Travel, the 60-acre development will feature a rain forest spa and wellness center, an outdoor cinema and private beach, three restaurants, a library, kids club, cocktail bars and a private beach. The project is the first of its kind in the Caribbean.

MHDC was established in 2009 to undertake property development and investment projects on a global scale, adding to its portfolio of successful projects Freedom Bay, which is a  five-star luxury development in St.Lucia, the first phase will be completed in 2024,

ervice, the villas will include spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, infinity pools, and access to private butlers.The entire project will be relying on solar and geothermal technology for energy usage and will engage in rainwater irrigation as a natural way to conserve water.
