Targeted? Gunshot victim in WE attack shot over half-dozen times
Information to BVI News suggests that last week’s shooting incident on the western end of Tortola was a targeted assault.
Police officially confirmed that one man was injured during the incident and highly placed sources later told our news centre that the victim was shot at least eight times.
It is understood that a number of those gunshot injuries were to the victims torso. The man is being treated at the Dr D Orlando Smith Hospital in Road Town. His medical condition is not known to BVI News at this time.
Since confirming the shooting last week, the police have not provided any additional details. They said investigations are ongoing.
No indication has been given about a possible motive and there have also been no reports of anyone being taken in custody in relation to the incident.

The parents that be letting them daughters be part of those music videos should rethink. They’re setting them own daughters up to be d!*k suckers and drug users.
How many times was 50 cent , shot ? / their time didn’t come yet / hopefully those in those drugs , will get out of it , so that will be a start in cleaning up the country ,but he is only a small fry
