Tola Radio parts with Percival | Heritage takes legal action
It seems the founder of Tola Radio Floyd ‘Heritage’ Burnett has parted ways with his co-host Dameon Percival who has been facing backlash due to funds raised to save his house from foreclosure.
Percival’s home has been placed on the market for a second time after the public raised thousands of dollars to prevent his property from being foreclosed. Many have been asking about the funds that were raised but they say Percival has not explained.
Earlier this week, Percival called the Morning Braff show – a platform which he once used to scrutinise public figures – and accused Burnett and Cindy Rosan of helping to fuel the public backlash he’s facing. He also said both co-hosts have been asking for some of the funds which the public donated.
However, on the August 22 airing of the Morning Braff show, Burnett referred to Percival as his “former employee” and denied asking Percival for a portion of the funds donated to him. He also said he is taking legal action against Percival due to the comments he made.
“Twenty-four hours have passed and this brother has not produced any proof that I have approached him for as much as a red cent,” Heritage stated. “Let it be known that my cease and desist letter has already been sent along with other formal, legal precedence from my lawyer and legal team, via email, Whatsapp and text and there’s a bailiff currently seeking Mr Percival as we speak,” Burnett said.
He continued: “I take these allegations seriously because my integrity is all I have. God blessed me with my businesses and I don’t have anything to fall back on. This is what I use to feed my son. I’m not a thief.”
Heritage went on to explain that he was just as shocked as the public to learn that Percival had not handed over the funds that were raised to the bank that was threatening to sell his home. He also mentioned other discrepancies in statements that Percival made since the funds were raised.
Since news broke that Percival is embroiled in a public scandal over donated funds, the Morning Braff show has been trending in the territory as people have been tuning in to witness the drama unfolding live on air.
No formal statement has been released by Percival and his house remains posted on the National Bank’s website, which is reportedly looking for a buyer to recoup the funds owed.

Not so long ago Sindee said that she had issued legal proceedings and served them on Heritage. Heritage denied he had been served. Somebody lying.
A search at the a high Court a registry would reveal whether any proceedings were ever issued. Sindee has always refused to produce the proceedings or make any comment about whether she did actually issue them.
One of them is lying.

Demion was on Tola radio for months ranting about who was corrupt and who got money once the audit reports came out and calling people names and even accusing the Premier of all kind of pi*.

The house was never taken off auction. From the first time we saw it there and the funds were raised even then it was out of the bank hands. It was in lawyers hands. So while the monies are still sitting on his account even if paid he will still loose the house. That was known from before but never communicated and he was hoping someone would change their minds and allow him to keep him after the payment. So what he did…. he’s been trying to negotiate all this time but luck is not on his side. So the decision still remains..pay and loose the house and keep the monies and invest else where. Transparency was needed from the beginning

Remember last year when Heritage and Cindy had the falling out? He said she could never come back in his studio and now she is sitting in the driver’s seat.
Please go and ask the minister for communications and works why he continue to victimize dameon even while he was trying to get a taxi license to support himself. But they found money to pay credit card bills, vehicle, sofa and other expenses.

Cindy is a walking grumpy angry drama beacon female. Anything she involved in is always riddled with drama. What ever happened to Cut Deep? She turns on anyone that does align with her mandate.
