Two teens listed in latest arrest blotter

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is reporting eight arrests between May 19 to May 25.

The accused persons were implicated for a number of charges ranging from possession of a controlled drug, burglary, assaulting a police officer, among other things.

In its latest arrest blotter, the RVIPF listed those persons and their charges as follows:

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG

On May 20, police arrested and charged 34-year-old Christopher James of Hannah’s Estate for possession of a controlled drug.

They also arrested and charged 19-year-old Kyle Kabel of Windy Hill Virgin Gorda, for that same offence on May 25.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG WITH INTENT TO SUPPLY

On that same day, the RVIP arrested and charged 29-year-old Ryan Robin of Crab Hill Virgin Gorda for possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.

BURGLARY

On May 23, 53-year-old Eyan Bryan of Diamond Estate was arrested and charged by police for burglary.

PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE

On that same day, they arrested and charged 43-year-old St Lucian Neil St Rose residing at North Sound, Virgin Gorda for perverting the course of justice.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

Law enforcers arrested and charged 22-year-old Justin Solomon of Sea Cow’s Bay on May 24 for assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The following day, police arrested and charged 30-year-old Cliff John of North Sound, Virgin Gorda for that same offence along with threatening language, destroying property and armed with an offensive weapon.

ASSAULTING A POLICE OFFICER

On May 21, police arrested and charged 18-year-old Shavoy Dasent of Josiah’s Bay for a number of charges, including assaulting a police officer, reckless and negligent act, driving when not covered by third-party risks, and driving without a driver’s license.
