68-year-old man missing for nearly a month
Police are seeking public assistance in relation to a missing person report that they said was publicized originally by the family of Norbert Wheatley, also known as Fix it.
Wheatley, a 68 year-old resident of Mountain Valley above Huntums Ghut on the island of Tortola, was last seen on the afternoon of September 10 in East End.
“He was at the time wearing a long sleeve white shirt and a long khaki pants, a wrist watch, and a cap. He is approximately 5’9 and 170lbs,” according to a statement issued today by the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force.
It added that persons with information should contact the police on their emergency numbers – Digicel 344 – 818, 1822, 1977; FLOW 545-4866; and CCT 468-9001, 468-9000.
