Young men found with drugs at sea plead guilty
Two young men who were found with more than one hundred grams of cannabis on a vessel back in 2016 have pleaded guilty to the offences.
They, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply to another when they appeared before Magistrate Shawn Innocent on Monday, September 17.
The court heard that 29-year-old Marley Donovan of Carrot Bay and 25-year-old Cassini Skelton of West End were found travelling on sea between Cane Garden Bay and Jost Van Dyke when they were apprehended.
Meanwhile, Donovan was also slapped with a separate drug charge after being found with 20.3 grams of cannabis in Carrot Bay on June 3, 2017.
He pleaded guilty that offence.
The duo is currently on $10,000 bail and is scheduled to return to court on September 28.

Stupid. Even the U.S. is moving hard towards full legalization. If there’s no victim, there’s no crime. Plain and simple.
The only victim here are the people being extorted for being in possession of a natural god made plant.
This is when we see how full circle our society has come, from freedom to physical slavery, to freedom and now back to mental slavery.
It takes a sick-unaware mind to rationalize making a plant illegal. Green-Life that grows from a seed.
With that logic, we should make god illegal for encouraging people to use *all herb bearing seeds*
& while we are at it, lets make nature itself illegal, for continually producing a “controlled” substance.
Wait… that is exactly what is going on.
We are god made and part of nature.
Our right to religious freedom has been made illegal.
