The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force has published the following Arrest Blotter, which contains a summary of charges laid during the period June 18 to 24:

Burglary

On 21-06-2017 at 0745hrs – Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old male native of Jamaica residing in Anegada for Burglary.

Assault occasioning actual bodily harm

1. On 21-06-2017 at 1445hrs – Police arrested and charged Seanna Jack of East End for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.

2. On 21-06-2017 at 1920hrs – Police arrested and charged Orlando Luis Kelli Pena for Assault Causing Actual Bodily Harm.

Criminal damage

On 22-06-2017 at 00:05hrs – Police arrested and charged Vinzen Smaylint, a Dominican Republic national, residing in the Valley, Virgin Gorda, for Criminal Damage.

Prohibition of tint

On 22-06-2017 at 1553hrs – Police arrested and charged Kelvin Thomas of Little Dix Hill for Indecent Language, Disorderly Conduct, Assault on Police, and Prohibition of Tint. He was granted police bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety to appear at the Magistrate Court on 22-07-2017.
