Clarification: Simeon Pope was not arrested
On September 25, 2016, BVI News Online published a story under the headline: POPE TO COURT: I used cutlass; not gun.
In that story, a Mr Simeon Pope was reported as being charged for threatening language and being arrested for same.
While Mr Pope was, in fact, charged, BVI News Online wishes to make it clear that he was not actually arrested. We apologise for reporting same.
