12-year-old boy missing

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 12-year-old boy.

Missing is Josiah Fontaine, who according to police, is “brown-skinned, approximately 5′ 5″ and 125 pounds.”

He was last seen leaving his mother’s house on Tuesday, May 14. He was wearing a yellow T-shirt bearing the Elmore Stout High School logo, blue sports pants, and white sneakers.

Police have also said Josiah occasionally hangs around the Althea Scatliffe Primary School grounds after school.

Anyone who can assist the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force with information relating to the whereabouts of Josiah is asked contact the Criminal Investigations Department, Family and Juvenile Unit, or the Intelligence Unit at 368-9339 or 368-9904.

    This child was missing since Tuesday and only on Friday the news was reported? Something ain’t right here. The first 24 hours are the most critical. Something smells fishy. Glad he was found safe though. To God be the glory
