Accused burglars in latest arrest blotter

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is reporting four arrests between March 18 and 24.

Among those arrested are two persons accused of burglary.

In its latest arrest blotter, the RVIPF listed those persons and charges as follows:

Burglary

On March 20, police arrested and charged David Baronville of Long Bush for burglary and theft.

Law enforcers also arrested and charged a minor two days later for a similar offence. The accused resident of Pockwood Pond, was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 ahead of his appearance in the Magistrate’s Court on April 27.

Driving with licence

On March 20, police arrested and charged 23-year-old Jelissa Malone of Baughers Bay for the following offences: driving without driver’s license, and using a motor vehicle when not covered by a policy of Insurance. She was granted $5,000 bail and will appear before the Magistrate’s Court on April 27.

Unlawful possession of cocaine

Police arrested and charged 31-year-old Akeem K Richardson of Paraquita Bay on March 22 for drugs. He was granted bail and will appear before the Magistrate’s Court on May 4.
