Another shooting reported; one wounded

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has confirmed yet another shooting that has happened in the Virgin Islands.

This latest incident happened in the Harrigan Estate area of Tortola this afternoon.

The police said one man was wounded.

The law enforcers noted, however, that the injuries appear not to be life threatening.

The police did not disclose the circumstances under which the shooting happened nor did it state whether it has made any headway in efforts to apprehend the shooter/s.

“No further information can be released,” the RVIPF stated.
