ARREST BLOTTER – May 14 to 20

Eight persons were charged with various offences within the period May 14 to 20.

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force, in its weekly Arrest Blotter, listed those persons and charges as follows:

Unlawful possession of cannabis

On 14-05-2017 at 1800hrs – Police arrested and charged Nesta Cornwall of Horse Path with unlawful possession of cannabis.

Assault occasioning actual bodily harm

1) On 05-16-2017 at 1415hrs – Police arrested and charged Cecil Leslie, 39, of Sea Cows Bay with assault causing actual bodily harm.

2. On 17-05-2017 at 1345hrs – Police arrested and charged Seqounne Moulon, 23, of Fat Hogs Bay with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

3. On 20-05-2017 at 2250hrs – Police arrested and charged Clarecie Lake, 34, of Greenland with assault causing actual bodily harm.

4. On 20-05-2017 at 2250hrs – Police arrested and charged a 15-year-old female of Greenland with assault causing actual bodily harm.

Attempted murder

On 18-05-2017 at 1000hrs – Police arrested and charged Shakoy Lavacia with the offence of attempted murder.

Making use of indecent language

On 19-05-2017 at 1520hrs – Police arrested and charged Juwan Richardson, 19, of Sea Cows Bay with making use of indecent language, driving without crash helmet, driving without front identification plate, driving without rear identification plate, driving unlicensed vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving uninsured vehicle and driving without driver’s licence.

Criminal damage

On 19-05-2017 at 0852hrs – Police arrested and charged Lesroy Osborne with Criminal Damage. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 with one signed surety for his appearance at Magistrate’s Court, John’s Hole on 07-07-2017 at 0900hrs.
