At least 5 vehicles collide in parking lot
Police today responded to a multiple-vehicle collision in the parking lot of Bobby’s Supermarket in Road Town.
Circumstances surrounding the accident are not presently known to BVI News, but a rental vehicle involved in the crash sustained considerable damage.
When our news centre arrived at the crash site, the bonnet of the rental vehicle in question had folded up to the windshield; exposing the engine of the vehicle.
Other vehicles appeared to have received less significant damage.
The other vehicles involved in the crash included at least one Jeep, two Mitsubishis, and an unmarked SUV.
It is not clear whether anyone was injured in the accident.

I saw them loading this onto the truck – but how can anyone build up enough speed in there to do this kind of damage? I can barely move in that car park.
I was thinking the same thing and five vehicles…HMMM
Happened earlier than that
Considering how people drive on this island i am not at all suprised at this, there are two speeds mega slow and mega f***ing fast , no inbetween
First it was rite way now bobby’s….The jumbie them thick.
The car is still at Bobby’s – so methinks Bobbys is the place……unless those Jumbies moved it from Riteway to Bobbies…..
Maybe they was Texin and drivin
That’s what you get for blocking my car !
the man hit 7 vehicles. Very old taxi. He hit 2 in front bolos then the rest over the other half, All was parked. Poor old man was shaking like a leaf. Plus he was leaving bobby’s parking lot with two passengers.
Eye Witness: Now thats good reporting!
I was on scene just after it happened. Appears as though the taxi driver lost control and hit the throttle instead of the brakes. The scene looked like he was knocking over dominoes……
The guy is a Jamaican idiot always driving fast
Really, it not this at most a 10 mph zone. 5 car pile up in a parking lot. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!
