Bodies found in different locations! Police release names of deceased

The bodies of the two men who died in what the police have so far only described as “tragic isolated incident” were found in separate locations.

This is the latest information from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) who has also released the names of the deceased men.

They are Rodney Simmonds, Sr of Threadfall and Andrew Skeritt of Carrot Bay.

“Simmonds was found and pronounced dead at his home in Threadfalls while the body of Skerritt was found and pronounced dead at his home in Carrot Bay,” the RVIPF reported.

“Detectives are continuing their investigations into the circumstances which led to their deaths. Therefore, the RVIPF is unable to give any more details at this time,” RVIPF stated Friday night.

Not officially ruled as a homicide so far

While there have been multiple reports of a shooting and that at least one of the men was murdered, the police have not officially ruled any of Friday’s deaths as a homicide.

However, indications from the RVIPF’s Communication Unit are that the matter is in the hands of “homicide detectives”.

According to police, Friday’s incident has “no threat to the wider community”.

The RVIPF is still so slow in releasing information. By the time they give real information it is classified as “stale news”

“In the hands of the homicide detective” Lol what homicide detective. You mean the can’t solve a murder detective lol. People don’t make me laugh. How many crimes they solve lately. Please do a count. I know they are human but Gollieeee ! Give us one here and there. I think they need to be trained better. Either that or they get paid to keep the investigation under wraps. They need training on how to find out information without raising red flags or running people off. Mannn I need to come solve them for you all. My 6 year old daughter can serve them for you. Some of you detectives are too consumed with running behind frock tales that don’t even belong to you. Please put the focus where it belongs and solve a few crimes.
