Now Daniel what is there to defend. He got caught on camera. He readily admits to police, took them where he threw the safe hand over the stolen keys, this should have been a guilty plea right away. Its seems to me that even in the face of caught red handed lawyers make client plea not guilty because it’s a money-making venture. More appearances, more money. This attitude on the part of lawyers needs to stop

We must read to understand before reading to respond. His lawyer has nothing to do with him. It entering a guilty plea. It stated he was not made to answer to the charge during his appearance. That is the court not the lawyer.

@ nonsense, you have to be a moo moo. Who advise clients, the court or their lawyer? He is charged with burglary that is triable in the magistrate court or the High Court. Once he elect to be tried in the magistrate’s court then a plea is taken from him. It is for his lawyer to advise him accordingly. If you not aware, asked a question before you come on here criticizing. All am saying is for Daniel to advise him, make him plea guilt and get the matter over and done with, no need to waste time with this matter.

You are missing the point. He admitted to the crime during a police interview at which point he more than likely didnt have access to legal advice. His lawyer is now representing him.in court and he hasnt pleaded before the courts as yet.

@ lol, am not missing any point. Who knows whether or not his Lawyer was present during the interview? All am saying the evidence against him is overwhelming. All he should have been coming back to court for is mitigation on his behalf and sentencing.

@ jacperlance. One time an elderly man asked me what’s the difference between a lawyer and a catfish. I told him I do not know. He said to me. Listen to me good.
One is a bottom crawling scum sucker and the other one is just a fish. I’ll just rest that here.

Lots of jobs after Irma but local contractors would prefer to contract cheap labor so they can keep all the money. They themselves are the one to promote illegal entry into the territory. We need to punish the employers who hire illegals, not the illegals themselves.
