UPDATE: Matter with Cindy Rosan ‘cleared up’, says police
Following reports that had been circulating that media personality Cindy Rosan was arrested, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has confirmed that she was not.
The police, however, did not specify why Rosan had been escorted and driven away by three RVIPF officers into a marked police vehicle Friday afternoon.
“Earlier today, it was circulated that Ms. Cindy Rosan had been arrested. This, however, is incorrect. The matter for which she was approached has since been cleared up by RVIPF Officers and Ms. Rosan. The RVIPF will offer no further comments on the incident,” the RVIPF Information Unit said in a statement hours later.

Outspoken media personality Cindy Rosan has been taken into police custody.
She was accosted by members of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) upon leaving a media conference with Governor Daniel Pruce in Road Town moments ago.
Amateur footage seen by our news centre shows Rosan willingly entering the back of a police vehicle.
It is not clear why Rosan was taken into custody.

That Statement on their Facebook page is not sufficient for the embarrassment caused to the individual.
After listening to her LIVE explaining that the Officer admitted to not reading the Bench Warrant and she was wrongly picked up, an apology should be issued publicly with that Statement.
So is she admitting that there was a bench warrant, and that she was a fugitive from justice.
Can’t sue she wasn’t arrested. Can only sue for unlawful arrest. Which was not the case.
Cindy should have been on that trip to Asia. Let us hope that Lorna is in her corner.
