Festival fever on at Digicel

PRESS RELEASED: Digicel, the British Virgin Island’s (BVI) total communications and entertainment provider, is pleased to announce the launch of its Festival Fever campaign, where customers will be gifted with cash, smartphones, data and branded items, in celebration of BVI’s 2018 Emancipation Festival.

Lucky customers can enter to win $1,000 cash every Friday, smartphones, data and credit when they top up from $15 at any location, pay their bills on time and in full, or activate a new postpaid service.

In addition to prizes, Digicel will gift customers with special offers throughout the Festival period. Postpaid customers can get a free router and first month of service when they activate a residential LTE plan.

Meanwhile, prepaid customers can take advantage of a variety of MyDigicel app-exclusive offers including 1GB of free data every weekend and double data and talk with a Quick Pick bundle. Kevin Gordon, CEO of Digicel BVI said, “We know it’s been a tough year, but we’re excited to celebrate BVI’s Emancipation Festival.

There will be prizes as always, but this year we want to offer the best value to our loyal customers. Digicel is the only provider gifting our prepaid customers with 1GB of free data for the weekend every Friday, and we’ll be adding 50% more data to our best-selling postpaid Unbeatable plan.”

Gordon added, “As an extra treat, Digicel is offering ‘Festival Friday’ one-day-only sale events. Select smartphones will be available from only $99 for prepaid customers, while the phones will be free for our postpaid customers activating our new Unbeatable plan.” The Festival buzz also extends to social media, where customers can enter to win smartphones with Digicel’s Festival Throwback competition.

To enter, a customer just has to post his/her favourite Festival throwback picture in the comments section of the pinned post, on Digicel BVI’s Facebook page. For more information on Digicel’s Festival Fever campaign call1284-300-3000 or follow the Digicel BVI on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Digicel you should focus the energy and resources into fixing our poor internet service that you provide. I can not reliably remain connected to my data services. Digicel has been doing down hill since.
