Local ‘Progressive’ parties unite
The Ronnie Skelton-led Progressive Virgin Islands Movement (PVIM) and Progressives United (PU), led by incumbent Third District Representative Julian Fraser, have formed a soft alliance.
In a statement this evening, the PVIM said they “fully endorse” Fraser’s candidacy for re-election in the Third Electoral District.
“We’re pleased to have their (the PU’s) endorsement of our four At-Large candidates,” stated the PVIM whose At-Large candidates are Skelton, Stacy ‘Buddha’ Mather, Shaina Smith, and Ingrid Moses-Scatliffe.
“To better serve our BVI, we don’t have to work together in the future, we have have to work together NOW,” it added.
This development comes weeks after reports that the PVIM and the Marlon Penn-led National Democratic Party (NDP) were exploring a possible merger for the upcoming elections. However, the PVIM had reportedly pulled out later.
NDP indicated that they moved on and have since announced a slate of candidates for the general elections which will take place on April 24. The NDP formed alliances of its own and have bagged Dr Kedrick Pickering and Lorna Smith, both of whom were previously running as independent candidates.

Fraser alone is not a party as he could not get one person other than himself to join his political party. That says a lot about him that is not good. He just joined CSC, John Cline, and Big Sh%t.

Being a good leader is the ability to make good decision. This is a very bad one..Let me tell you why. 95% of voting belongers don’t want Frazer, 50% of Born BVI Landers don’t want Frazer, Tell me on what rational, or grounds this decision was made. I now see Ronnie differently…I already realized he lost his passion to lead, the ladies in the Party are the ones pushing the movement forward..

NDP and PVIM should be working together and field one candidate per district. The way it is now votes will get split and I can see VIP candidate slipping through. For good of the country they need to come to an understanding.

So we have hard evidence that magic was used to cause the vip to win the last election so automatically we do not need a party that consulting with witches. VIP out. They under witch control.
Then we look at the mechanism of the magic spell that caused vip to win. It involved possessing Ronnie and mitch to split from the heaven ordained NDP party and cause a split in votes. It looks like they were again possessed when they were unable to reunite with ndp recently. And now, just for a laugh, we are being shown evidence in broad daylight to confirm that these two are still under a spell with their now joining forces with Fraser. PVIM out. They under witch control.
The best hope for the country is still the NDP.
When you only uniting to look votes, it sends an even clearer message that you are about putting yourself over what the country needs. It shows you have no integrity just like the VIP. No different. So you mean to tell me that the likes of Fraser can do more for the country than the NDP? That why you linking up with Fraser? PEOPLE EYES ARE OPENING MORE AND MORE. We the people are not stupid. All of you need to be sent home packing on election day from insulting the people’s intelligence.

The “parties” in the BVI don’t stand for anything except power for those in charge. Where is their ideological base and guiding philosophy? They don’t have one so cannot say what they will do or why as they have no moral or political compass. Since PU and most of PVIM are the old political elite who have been stealing from the people for years, we shouldn’t vote for them at all.
NEVER with Myron “facing criminal charges on bail” Walwyn. The party sunk themselves when they got into bed with that man.

4. Marlon was well aware that what systemic good the MNU did Wheatley would claim the accolades but Marlon did it to SAVE the country
5. Ronnie has poor judgement and so does Fraser . For the love of country they should have joined with NDP

What was political suicide or even political death by association was sitting and saying “Yes, Yes” to everything with a Premier who is now sitting in a Miami prison for allegedly taking bribes to look the other way when the cartels pass drugs through our beautiful British Virgin Islands. We worked hard in this country and pay for our homes monthly without fail. This takes focus and diligence. Hon. Cyril Romney started the Financial Services Sector and it was nurtured by Hon. H. Lavity Stoutt and grew exponentially to enormous proportions. We were the envy of many all over the world. We want back our bragging rights. We are a wealthy country. Put these dirty, thiefing politicians out of our House. Smoke and mirrors will not make us forget. PVIM for the win. Ronnie for Premier and all his soldiers will fall in behind him. Say I seh so.
A one man party who could not even get one more member despite being a party for over 4 years has joined a 9 man party who struggled to fill district slots and we should be excited?
