Male injured in Sunday night stabbing incident

The Dr D Orlando Smith Hospital in Road Town

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has reported a stabbing that has resulted in one male getting injured.

The police did not release the stab victim’s identity but he is said to be in stable condition at the Dr D Orlando Smith Hospital in Road Town.

The stabbing incident reportedly happened in the Sea Cow’s Bay area on Sunday November some time after 7pm.

The circumstances that resulted in the incident is not yet known to our news centre. It is also not clear whether anyone as been arrested in connection to the incident.

The RVIPF said it will provide more information as it becomes available.

    Glad it was just a simple stabbing and not another shooting. Can we assume gov’t can claim this as proof of a reduction of gun crimes? Just wait.

    BVI has, through uncontrollable immigration, has lost its homeyiness, cultural identity and integrity.

    Things to chnage, that is a given, but the institutions in charge of protecting the cultural and local aspects of the country have dropped the all such concerns in favor of money and lotsof it.

    In essence, the country and its way and customs have been sold out over the decades.
