First my sympathy to the deceased and I wish this man the best. But I must say that this man ran down a white man not too long ago and the man died and this black man is now charged and rightfully so. But how come the white man that ran down the black man on the boat months ago is not arrested as yet. These kind of unbalanced actions is what have me questioning this Commissioner of Police and this pre-authored COI.

  7. Havers says:

There needs to be speed bumps where the Havers road joins the highway. It’s a blind corner where many vehicles are speeding. There’s an accident at that locatipn several times a year. Please Mr. Fraser (3rd district representative) do something about this and put speed bumps in on either side!

That boat man was … and they trying to get the case thrown out. The commissioner is allegedly also a family friend. They lost all the blood samples conveniently and seeped evidence under the rug.

The all hold one head, eat and drink together in personal spaces where they cant be seen. I know this first hand.

  12. Justice says:

So who had the right of way on the boat? Who caused the accident? Does that matter or is it just a race ting?

  13. Anonymous says:

“Rightfully so?” Were you there?? So, it took a year to charge someone? Was an investigation conducted at the scene of the accident? Was the man on the scooter over taking other vehicles?

Yes, a year later the BVI police were FORCED to arrest Mr. Pilgrim. But,as someone stated; the white man that killed a black person with his vehicle wasn’t charged??

  14. Rachel says:

Justice?? He hasn’t been convicted. And unless you witnessed the accident you can’t blame the driver. The deceased passed vehicles.
