Anybody notice the child in the photo on a bike with no helmet just in front of the police car? That is how these accidents happen. No one cares to enforce anything.

Sure did noticed it in the picture. A violation right in front of the police. And everyone standing around a accident scene with their mouths open catching flies AKA being nosy.

His leg was not broken, IT WAS DAMN NEAR AMPUTATED AND THERE IS NO MICRO SURGERY TEAM IN THE BVI TO REATTACH HIS LEG.

Ain’t make no sense talking to or about those riders because they’re all protected by you’ll favorite community activist. Ask she to talk to them

When children can’t play nicely with their toys, you take them away. That’s what the Govt needs to do with these bikes! Raise the age limit to ride a bike in the BVI, since people can’t act responsible, and have a zero tolerance policy with offenders – that includes not wearing a helmet or proper footwear whilst riding, using mobile phone while riding, carrying small children on bikes with no protection (child endangerment), no insurance etc.

The police are useless corrupt cowards . They take their lead from the top
