Law enforcers have arrested a group of about five minors on suspicion that they stole two motor scooters from the Road Town Police Station.

The minors, BVI News Online understands, range from 13 years old to 16.

They are all from Tortola.

At least one of them was charged with theft, but investigations are ongoing.

Reports are that law enforcers realized that two scooters were missing from the police station on the weekend. Shortly afterwards, they went in search of the scooters and found them a relatively short distance away.

Some of the minors were held at the time the motorcycles were recovered.
