Persons urged to take precautions due to Cox Heath fire

  • Outdoor activities should be limited to avoid unnecessary exposure.
  • Reduce exposure to smoky air by remaining indoors with windows and doors closed, or in air-conditioned premises with vent system to re-circulate to prevent outside air from moving inside.

Oh, you forgot to mention that those microscopic particles can get into your eyes and respiratory system, where they may cause burning eyes, runny nose, and illnesses, such as bronchitis. Further exposure may break down your entire immune system and create other more serious health issues.
