The UK recently passed an Unexplained Wealth Order which allows authorities to to investigate the sources of money that public officials have used to purchase private property.
Dr Pickering, will you agree to support a law like this in the BVI? Will you and your fellow ministers agree to disclose your taxes and sources of wealth? Will you and your fellow ministers disclose your benificial interests in BVI companies

I like your questions however do you really think that anyone in the BVI government would support this law. These people are wealthy with no visible means of how they became wealthy. This leads to only one conclusion. Thus, there will never be a law which requires these people to disclose their finances. The only way this will happen is if the Brits take over for a while and end the corruption and then hand back over governance to the locals. All the locals not just belongers. T
