Police arrest three locals, seize drugs after boat chase

Police Commissioner Mark Collins has disclosed that a large quantity of controlled drugs was seized by officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) following an operation conducted last evening.

Collins, while speaking at a press conference today, said he could not quantify the amount of drugs as yet because officers are still in the process of investigations.

He promised to release more information at a later stage today.

Collins said Marine Officers of the RVIPF intercepted two vessels in BVI waters coming from the direction of Anguilla in the East End area. The vessels attempted to evade capture and police gave chase.

One of the vessels reportedly rammed the police vessel repeatedly in an effort to evade capture, causing significant injuries to officers aboard the vessel and severely damaging the police boat.

Police reportedly returned fire to the assailants and managed to make three arrests in the process. Two males and one female was apprehended.

The Commissioner said both vessels have since been detained and a firearm was found aboard one of the vessels.

Police have not revealed the names of those arrested, but Collins said the detainees are three nationals of the BVI.

BVI News will bring more information as this story develops.

So, a people who has access to full money, power and fast boats, and a well known propensity for use of mind altering substances, never ever come into contact with law enforcement in the BVI.

One has to ask, why is that? The answer is a very simple one.The color of the skin.

But some truths are not suppose to be stated. People get highly offended, as they will upon reading this truth. Waththem as they place a hundred thumbs down to this simple truth, all because some, or one group of people gets highly offended about the truth about the group..

Most rational on lookers would question why is it that only “local Black people are serveilled and come into contact with the law for marijuana and other substances.

While another group of people, being about 5.4% of the population, but who controls about 90% of the monetary resources go untouched by law enforcement, but who partake equally in the useof, importation, salesand export of said articles as any other group.

In fact, if it is believed that the multibillion business is controlled by not those little peons they are arresting, but those who they do not arrest but who live among us on the daily..

    Truth is truth..

I am sorry to say this but both elected and appointed civil servants have let us down across the board!

Some blindly rush to save the Governor because he can do no wrong, some do the same for the Premier and our elected members. That’s fine, but please open your eyes!

All I know as a citizen of this Territory is that I have seen no sun light peak through the increasingly menacing storm clouds above, and on the horizon, for many years!

Allow me to commend the people’s Governor and by extension my police commissioner all British subjects for an excellent job in bringing and capturing these local miscreants to face justice.

I would recommend to HM subjects that we set up a quatonomo bay for locals. Send these drug lords, Csc, slowman, number 9, any sheep, Wright wrong funeral home lady there to rest for a while. While you are at it Mr Governor allow expats to guard them.

Who run more drugs locals or expats?? Our locals are honest hard working people, some of us work so hard and spend so much time voicing our opinions on radio shows and any media outlet that would give us a lil spotlight, that most of us don’t even have time for a lil Vitamin S, whoopie, the horizontal mambo etc. And it’s causing some of us to be miserable and bitter.

Meanwhile, the real miscreants go on with their life and illegal activities because of pale skin. We know the facts and truths.

For example, when was the last time a pale was arrested for smuggling anything into the territory? Never. Does the pale skin smuggle drugs into the territory? Daily! But they operate outside of law enforcement because of their skin color.. And that is fact.

It is a shameful fact facing BVI law enforcement.

After reading the contribution and recognizing the factual realities therein, it is unbelievable that there so many people posting thumbs down against truth and facts. There are really some ignorant people out there.

No wonder they are now rewriting history books with lies such as slavery was beneficial to Black people. The devil never stops being the devil.

  29. @ @The Truth is the Truth says:

You are either wilfully ignoring an enormous chunk of history or you are simply poorly educated. Indentured servitude, which is how modern day slavery began, was just how the world worked and indentured servants in the West were both white and black. In fact the first land owner in the USA to turn his indentured servant into a full time slave was a black man from Angola named Anthony Johnson, who actually also kept white indentured servants on his plantation. Anthony Johnson set the precedent for other land owners to scrap the idea of freeing their workers in favour of outright ownership.

But lets not allow historical accuracy to deviate from your hate-filled narrative.

  30. @@ @The Truth is the Truth says:

You are clearly completely embarrased and incapable of facing truth, yet feel compelled to respond.

No where in the comment was there a discussion about slavery or servitude.

It is clear that your unconscious guilt is about thetopic at hand and slavery has a profound effect on your every day psychological and existential existence…

When Black people stae facts the are called haters by people like you. Why is that?

  31. Inca says:

That is true but the BVI jail is for black people. When the police doing random search’s they let everyone of a certain race pass without search. They drive drunk, get in serious accidents, several police come on the scene and you never fear a word about the accident. They pay off who they damage and that’s the end of that. They get caught with guns and they are allowed to go free. What a messed up system with brainwashed law enforcement.
