RVIPF: Erick Rabsatt wanted in connection with murder

Twenty-one-year-old Erick Rabsatt is wanted for murder.

The following is a media relase from the Royal virgin islands Police Force (RVIPF).

Police have issued an arrest warrant for Erick Rabsatt, 21, of Pasea Estate, Tortola who is suspected in the shooting death of Jaimez Stoutt, 31 on December 11, 2021.

The arrest warrant has been circulated within the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force and throughout the three islands of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Officers of the Major Incident Team are asking family members and associates here and abroad to encourage Rabsatt to turn himself in for his safety so he can be questioned in the matter. Since he is wanted in connection with murder, his security and those of others around him are at high risk.

Persons found sheltering, hiding or harbouring this suspect can also be charged and upon conviction face hefty penalties.

Rabsatt is slim built, approximately 5’10” tall, weighing between 160 and 170 pounds and resided in the Pasea Estate area.

Persons who have seen him or have information about his whereabouts can contact the Major Incident Team at 368-5682 or the RVIPF Intelligence Unit at 368-9339.

That just shows the BVI Justice System is a joke. Because if he was in jail for the first murder this probably would not have happened. Smh

I am so sorry for this poor soul. I beg you ask God for forgiveness and come back home and face the law. We all see you getting in that boat in the dark of night and fleeing the country.

Everybody knew from day one that this guy was the alleged killer but the cops refused to pick him up and that give him enough time to flee
