Only about three people there mentioned deserve this honor. If government don’t know who made tangible contributions to VI Culture they should go in the various communities and investigate. They just pull the same names depending on who is who to honor and elevate. This place is so partisan and discriminatory. My God when are they going to stop their bias bull sh**t.
