Please don’t try to cover this up because he is the son of a well known POLICE. He committed the crime, he should be punished for what he did. PLEASE DONOT ALLOW HIM TO HIDE BEHIND DADDY BEING A WELL KNOWN POLICE. WHAT’S GOOD FOR THE GOOSE APPLIES TO THE GANDER, NOT WHO YOU ARE RELATED TO OR YOUR TITLE.

Well we don’t know the identity of son or father. However what we do know is that he is not the son of the commissioner and further we do know that he is not the son of an expat or his name would have been publish.

The father might be well known not neccesarily senior as there are few local cops that qualify to attain se for rank in tola. Ha ha hate me I said it.

I totally agree, his parents should not be involved. He is old enough to know what he was doing. He have to take the lick and face the consequences for his actions.

  9. I would agree says:

His father should not get involved in what his son did. He is in his twenties and is old enough to know better and face what he did on his own. As a parent, if my son who is the same age did something wrong he have to face what he did and be responsible for what he did, no coddling or covering up his wrong. I love my son but as a parent I will not cover up and hide the wrong that he have done. IT IS CALLED TOUGH LOVE.

Family protection system in high gear now. The defendant will get the normal slap on the wrist then escalate his crimes until he murders an innocent soul then the family protection system breaks down.

Son of well-known cop nabbed for burglary!? Is this a good or bad thing! I can’t understand stories like this.

A father turns his son in for wrong doing. That’s hugely difficult for that father. He is brave, courageous and an example we should all follow!!

It means that the RVIPF is carrying out the law despite the individual. They turn in their own all the time and put them before the court. No one here should be ridiculing police!!

I say well done to the RVIPF!!

Who is Andrew Fahie’s Father, Mother. We need to know!

  17. Wow says:

Slinging mud does not help this situation. It takes a village to raise a child .
Sometimes parents abuse their kid when they are young , absndon their home for other “ meow” fling bad word at their partner in front of the child and expect them not to have childhood scars .
It is these sinple things that affect children and cause them to act up . However this does not excuse the young man … he knows right from wrong
Parents need to be careful of the examplr they set for their children
By the way What does this have to do with someone of a next nationality . We are going down a slippery slope

  18. the crafty bear says:

What if it is something that has been seen forever, he is the son of someone important, he must be covered, he is from another island, another nationality, ufff, the name, photo, ID number, and even how many times does he go to the bathroom?

  19. hello says:

SC used to sleep in the cricket hut by the field..next thing you know he’s a cop..I thought he had mental issues?Wtf?Hes a weird one.causes problem everywhere he goes.

  20. why says:

Most thieves get caught and found out. I dont know why they try. People will be missing their stuff duhhhh

  21. Lol says:

@Snoppy they do the most stealing but know how to do it right under your eyes without getting caught. They only start stealing once their exit strategy to fly canada or back home is in place. That’s the common occurrence with the ones who are accountants especially.

  22. Comprehension says:

It says son of well known cop. How does that equate to ‘father’. Can the well known cop be a ‘mother’?

  23. ??? says:

Just the same we have people from other places here as Police who are known criminals where they come from. From the Pen straight to Policing. BVI in shambles.

  24. Wtf says:

If he is charged, why at the very least his name is not published even if there is no pic? This place operate on this bias two tier law enforcement system.

  25. We are not big enough says:

Right here is the BVI summed up.
A community so small that a ‘news’ site does not dare to name a criminal because their father is ‘well known’ and still everyone knows who that person is anyways because the community is so small.
And look how so many people wants us to become ‘independent’ and act like a real country on the world stage.
Thinking we can do that without our tiny sprat self getting taken over by some other $$$$ entity even worse than the UK, is pure nonsense.
Worse, you say? Yes, like Colombian/Santo/Mexican cartel murderers, Chinese bribers, or even our homegrowing gangster murderers – also children of well known people, and even widely known within the community.
    Pray hard for our future.

  26. Really says:

That boy did not just start this nonsense. He has prior run-ins with the law for the same thing. Do not blame his employer or anyone else.

  27. Whatt says:

You can only make that statement because you are not a part of them. The difference is that the local people hide the information. A few months ago one got caught stealing money from …market and when they tried to ask her to count the money she filed a complaint to the police. She is being investigated.

  28. Vegetables says:

Wait he don’t have name he is a criminal so he should treated just like the rest who commit crime
