Trucking company contracted to haul JVD’s waste for next 3 years

Ever Ready Trucking has been awarded the responsibility to manage the Jost Van Dyke Transfer Station and provide hauling services for waste from Jost Van Dyke to the incinerator on Tortola.

The trucking company will be providing these services for the next three years.

They’ve further been awarded a $295,500 contract to do so.

Cabinet approved Ever Ready the contract upon the recommendation of the Central Tenders Board’s Technical Sub-Committee.

The Cabinet made this and other decisions during its July 14 meeting.
