Wanted bulletin issued for Jazz Freeman

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has issued a wanted bulletin seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jazz Freeman, who is wanted for questioning in connection with multiple serious offences.

According to the police release dated January 7, 2026, Freeman is wanted for questioning in relation to gun- and drug-related offences. The bulletin forms part of an ongoing police investigation and includes an appeal for information from members of the public.

The notice identifies Freeman as a 33-year-old male. He is described as having plaits, a fair complexion, and a medium build. Police list his height as 5 feet 9 inches. No aliases are known, according to the release.

The police also outlined areas where Freeman is known to frequent. These include Purcell Estate, Free Bottom, Baughers Bay, Road Town and surrounding areas. The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force urged anyone with information to come forward.

“The subject is wanted for questioning in relation to the possession of illegal firearms, explosives and controlled drugs,” the release stated.

Members of the public who may have information regarding Freeman’s whereabouts are asked to contact the RVIPF Intelligence Unit directly. Police provided multiple contact numbers for this purpose, including 368-9339, 368-9593 and 368-9345.

The police also reminded the public that information can be shared confidentially through Crimestoppers. Reports can be made by calling 800-8477 (TIPS) locally or 284-800-8477 from overseas, according to the bulletin.

“Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is kindly asked to contact the RVIPF Intelligence Unit,” the release stated.
