Willock doubts ‘All 13 Must Go’ can unseat every sitting legislator
Prospective Third District candidate Julian Willock has dismissed the likelihood of the emerging “All 13 Must Go” movement succeeding at the next general election, arguing that removing every sitting member of the House of Assembly would require an unprecedented political upheaval.
Willock made the remarks during an appearance on the Talking Points programme, where he officially confirmed his intention to contest the Third District seat at the 2027 general election.
The “All 13 Must Go” movement gained attention in recent months amid growing public dissatisfaction with elected leaders. Supporters have argued that all current legislators should be replaced at the next election, citing concerns about governance, accountability and the pace of reform.
The campaign has received increasing discussion on social media and in public forums. Even as the movement has attracted support, political observers have questioned whether all incumbents could realistically be removed in a single election cycle.
Asked directly about the movement, Willock said he had no strong opinion on the campaign but doubted its chances of completely reshaping the House of Assembly.
“I have no view on that. None. If somebody could get all 13, then more power to them,” Willock said. “If there is somebody in the BVI who can get all the 13 legislators out of office, then more power to them. I have no view on that.”
Willock, who described himself as a long-standing supporter of the Virgin Islands Party (VIP), acknowledged that his political preference is to see the governing party returned to office.
“In the interest of transparency, I’m a Virgin Islands Party supporter. And I want to see my Virgin Islands Party be elected,” he stated.
Despite that position, he said a complete electoral sweep against incumbents would be extraordinary.
“If you can get all 13 out, that’s a revolution. That will be the biggest story. The biggest story for the next 20 years,” Willock said.
Pressed further on whether he believed such an outcome was possible, Willock responded: “It’s hardly unlikely. You will get some out, but not all 13. We all know who the strong [are]. There are a few strong seats. Politics is politics. In every country, there’s a few seats that are strong seats.”
Willock’s comments came as he seeks to unseat veteran legislator Julian Fraser, who has held the Third District seat consecutively since 1999. Fraser recently indicated that he intends to continue in office until the proverbial fat lady sings.
The next general election is constitutionally due by mid-2027.

Wiggie has a valid…valid point, Nobody in the BVI can move all 13 legislators but 4 or five will remain while the others go upon the next call for elections. All 13 must go is the best movement in the Caribbean for 2026-2027.
All 13 will get zero of the 13 seats.
“All 13′ is backed by the ‘yellow and blue barge boys’ who want their own puppet Government
BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR!!
I don’t like this current group, but there’s an old saying … “better the devil you know, than the devil you don’t “.
One thing is certain, the backers of ‘all thirteen must go’ wish only the same as what we currently have, only that they control things, and not others!!
Be forwarned!
They were also the major financial supporters for the current administration. I don’t see them getting special treatment or jobs. I don’t anyone is that stupid to ruin their political career. We are still in the early stages of election season . I’ll continue to watch on.
You either blind or not too bright. Who do you think [they] belonged to that got Andrew in trouble for during Covid paying them a load of money to watch out …? LOL. That was pay back for them supporting him. Why are we so blind as a bvi people?
Clearly you are another local who can’t read or comprehend. The person said this “current administration”.. meaning under our current premier. Yes and look where Andrew is! You think anyone will jeopardize their career for that? It’s normal to be paid back .. when NDP was in power . The crabbes allegedly supported and funded that party and in return A equipment got all the projects and I mean all! This is how politics works.
We know what that was but look where he is now! Then again that’s how it all works. All who back parties financially always gain . All over the world it’s like this. BVI is no different.
The adage Campainging is easy(and its not) Governing is the hard part applies here. We can talk all we want about A13MG but when that talk has to be turned into action, different story.
The A13MG lacks transparency as to who’s all behind pulling the financial strings. How many candidates do they actually have confirmed? I predict closer to elections many will simply drop out the race for varied reasons including costs, tiredness and those who cannot take the heat of their personal and professional lives being aired out for all and sundry.
Talking Season is in full swing and much more melee and dirt to be found and slung.
ALL of them going…A13MG
Since we the people cant “MOVE* all 13. Then *WE WILL NOT VOTE* untill they fix the NHI and the greedy bill.
How about that for fair exchange!!
And tell wiggy we dont want him and his trustworthyless character on any world stage to represent we the people!!
Kye Myron Mitch and Marlon will stay and WIllock will win district 3 only because fraser is not running
Sadly only you thinks this.
Those who I hear are running with the All13 may as well don’t bother. I think they are simply being put up so that the VIP could be re-elected. No trust in the financial backers. They are VIP to the backbone. Please think twice before voting for that bunch.
Who are running on the A13MG,PLP,All Female, and other tickets?
Who asked for your opinion
, you need to stay on your racist yello site , but maybe your overgrown EGO won’t let you / where’s that pitbull called “tRuMp” ? it’s bar B~ Q time •••
Notice he is referring to one single person saying if somebody can unseat 13??? This party of All 13 is one person! One person pulling the strings of the misguided people like Chad, Bouncer, Janet, Macs, Sandy and Stoutt son. They are all selling their souls to this one devil. Who never cared about the BVI. Quadrupled his prices when the BVI was at its lowest and needed those supplies the most, signed that corruption deal to get those barges, stopped the road at Fat Hogs until he received personal gain. But this is who these people following and answering to? Either they are clueless and just as bad for the BVI as their leader. Either way we cannot support them or take them seriously.
Speak for yourself. Let’s talk about those who are gaining from the complex not being fix 10 years later. Won’t you say that’s draining Gov purse? The things you speak of others have and still continue to do worst. I’ll continue to watch and make my decisions when all is revealed. I hope the Gov never try to take your land or build a road through it!
We would keep all 13 if it meant we did not have to have you!!
The government continued to play us as a fool all of them must go all .we in district 7 surely getting rid of all a dem
