Cable TV to undertake network upgrade on May 29
PRESS RELEASE – BVI Cable TV, in an effort to upgrade the level of service, is undergoing a network upgrade on May 29, 2017 .
The process should be seamless to our subscribers. In the unlikely event that there is a service disruption, there should be minimal impact.
The process may affect some DCT’s (Cable TV boxes in your home).
If any customers experience a loss or interruption of service, they should contact the Customer Care Department at 284-494-3205 to report the issue so it can be addressed and rectified as quickly as possible.
Customers are asked to please include a message that can be left on the “After Hours” message center at 284-494-3205 extension #26.
