Complaints about improper disposal of garbage have continued; this time by a resident who has drawn attention to the issue of enforcement even in an area where “the eye in the sky is watching 24/7”.
The resident, who posted this photo on the BVI Community Board (Facebook), mocked: “Good thing they put that sign there; people will definitely abide by it.”
Some residents commenting on the photo indicated that it is not unusual for garbage to be left in the area of Tortola pictured above.
