CCT provides update on network improvements

Caribbean Cellular Telephone Ltd. acknowledges the recent service disruptions affecting customers across our network.

These outages are related to significant infrastructure upgrades currently underway as part of our commitment to delivering enhanced services to the BVI community.

Kyle Dasent, Chief Technical Officer, provided the following update on the upgrade process: “Our engineering teams are working around the clock to complete these comprehensive network upgrades as efficiently as possible. I’m pleased to report that we are making steady progress and expect to have the improvements fully implemented soon. These enhancements will significantly improve network reliability, speed, and capacity.”
